I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location is superb, nestled within the medieval city walls of Lucca and just a stone's throw away from the bustling town square and all attractions. The rooms are spacious and offer a charming view of the terra-cotta roofs of Lucca. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff and excellent room service. The dining experience was delightful, with delicious home-made cakes to savor. However, the alleyway leading to the hotel was a bit questionable, and I wished there were more facilities available to guests.
